Last Thursday was my last day volunteering at the Career
Closet. No, I’m just taking a short
break to catch up on sewing, blogging, and spending more time on my school
work.
Tons of cute vintage-y and designer stuff will go
unclaimed, but my wallet is definitely sighing in relief. It’s dangerous working here. Sorting clothes to me just means shopping in
a trash bag. Anyway, this is your chance
to get to all the good stuff before I come back.
Here’s the last of my Career Closet goods for awhile.
 |
Vintage Bill Blass wool robe, $15 |
Yes, a robe. It fit like a glove, and it's vintage Bill Blass so I had to get it. I'm going to shorten it and wear it as a coat.
 |
Max Mara houndstooth print cashmere sweater dress, $20 |
It's so soft and versatile. Perfect for layering or just wearing as a cardigan.
 |
Prada white shirt, $15. |
It's Prada and only $15. I'd be stupid not to buy it.
 |
Sharei Lamar London, $15 |
Perfect for your "fat" days. Throw on leggings or tights, wedges, a statement necklace, and a buttload of rings or bracelets; you're good to go!
 |
Sunny Leigh blouse, $15 |
I love anything black and white and the plisse detail is cool. I also really like the ruffles at the neckline.
 |
Ireland Limited wool coat with matching scarf, $25 |
 |
Retro '50s handbag, $10 |
I also bought a olive green Madison Marcus tunic ($15) for my aunt and Black House White Market Dress ($20) and top for my mom ($15). I gave the stuff to them already so I don't have the pictures. = (
